Twenty five, Year 5 Oatley West students recently took part in the DanceSport Gala evening held at the Quay Centre, Olympic Park. Dancing with 1000 students from schools all over Sydney, and in front of an audience of 4000 people, our wonderful ballroom dancers showcased the Jive, Cha Cha, Salsa and Tango. They should all be very proud.

Oatley West Public School held the annual 3-6 Athletics Carnival on Wednesday July 29th at Sylvania Athletics track. A great day was had by all.

Last week Oatley West Public School celebrated another hugely successful Open Day as part of Public Education Week. Once again our student performances, including song and dance, were exceptional. Thank you to everyone who came along and celebrated this wonderful event.
